Real Value Estimate (RVE)-General
The starting point to understanding the best way to own your home is knowing what its fundamental value is. While a complete RVE involves reviewing the detailed particulars of your home and often involves on site property review, getting a general idea of what your home is worth can suggest when a complete estimate is justified. A General RVE involves you completing and returning a property condition assessment survey that is then applied against the current house price volatility for the market the home is located. The more accurately you respond to the questions the more accurate the value will be.
