We embrace the oversight and scrutiny of your lawyer, your accountant and a property appraiser, the three cross-checks every homeowner should use as a key way to verify our advice.

SetUp, Monthly and Program Fees are set as of the date your membership becomes live. Future Changes to SetUp, Monthly and Program Fees are planned but active members will be "grandfathered" in perpetuity if membership remains unbroken.
Dashboard SetUp fees are not refundable and you will be provided notice of this on any invoice you are provided.
Ultra-Luxury Class homes are now addressed in our Bespoke Buyers Program for that property class.
