As of 2019 the TWH Buying Program now includes a 100X Program Cost Lifetime Wealth Saved Guarantee or your Program Fee is refunded. If TWH does not provide market timing and homeownership strategy that will increase your lifetime homeownership derived wealth by an additional $200,000 above traditional homeowning gains, we will refund your full program fee, no questions asked!
As of June 30th, 2024 our 12 month acceptance rate was 47% with 53% of applicants being denied access to our platform. If you are denied you can re-apply after 12 months has passed as we only review one application per year from the same email address.
